Who We Are
Bull’s Eye Pest Control was started in 2002 by Carl Durst and his father-in-law Terry Gilling, and we’ve been independent and locally owned ever since. We service homes and businesses across North San Diego County and Riverside County, from Murrieta and Temecula to Hesperia, with a small, well-trained crew that takes the time to do the job right. Our techs handle fewer stops per day than the big national outfits, so every visit gets real attention instead of a quick spray and a sticker on the door.
What We Treat
About 90 percent of our work is in homes across North San Diego and Riverside County. We build the treatment around your house, your yard, and the pests showing up most. Products are odorless and safe around kids and pets, and you can be back outside within minutes after we wrap up.
Restaurants, offices, shops, and rental properties all need pest control they can count on. We work around your hours, keep things low key for your customers, and stay on top of the issues that can put your reputation on the line.
Argentine ants are the number one call we get across the region. Their trails wrap around foundations, slip into kitchens, and take over yards in days. We treat the trails, knock out the colonies, and seal the entry points so they stop marching back in.
Mice and rats are included with our bimonthly and quarterly maintenance plans. We set bait stations, monitor activity, and seal exterior gaps so they never get comfortable enough to nest in your walls or attic.
Roaches hide in cracks, behind appliances, and in any spot where moisture builds up. Our techs go after the harborage areas with products that knock down both the roaches you see and the ones you do not.
Active nests under the eaves, in the patio cover, or tucked into the yard are no fun for anyone. We knock down the nests, treat the surrounding areas, and stop new ones from popping up where you live and play.
How we work
Call us or sign up online and we’ll get you on the schedule, usually within one business day. We send a clear quote and service agreement straight to your inbox.
Your tech calls or texts thirty minutes before they arrive. Every maintenance visit runs a minimum of twenty minutes so we can actually inspect, treat, and answer your questions, not just rush to the next stop.
Bugs sometimes show up in the days after a treatment as the products work through their nests. If anything is still bothering you a week later, give us a call and we’ll come back out for a free resurface, no questions asked.

Our treatments are family & pet friendly. We just ask that you keep kids and animals off freshly treated areas for a few minutes to about 30 minutes depending on the weather, and then everyone is good to go.

Most customers pay by card or bank account. You can pay per service, monthly on the first of each month, or yearly with a 5% discount for prepayment.
Usually a few minutes to about 30 minutes, depending on the weather and where we treated. Your tech will let you know on site so you don't have to guess.
Not for exterior service. About 25 percent of our customers stick with exterior-only treatments. Interior service is optional, and if you'd like that done, we'll work out a time when you can be there to let us in.
All three plans require a one-year agreement so we can lock in your pricing and schedule. After that, you can keep going, switch plans, or stop service. We send the agreement and quote to your inbox before the first visit so you can review everything.
